Walnuts and hemp seeds offer a tasty source of Omega-3s in this quick and easy raw pie crust. Feel free to fill it with your favorite fruit filling for a no bake pie everyone will love.

• 1 cup walnuts
• ¼ Nutiva hempseeds
• 2 tbsp. honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extra


• Put the walnuts and hemp seeds in a food processor and grind into a course meal. Add the maple syrup and vanilla and blend until well mixed.

• Press it onto the bottom of a pie pan and fill with your favorite raw pie filling.
